Introducing Mrs. VanDeusen's Character Builders that will be nominated "Builder of the Week" every other Friday. These students were nominated by our teachers and were nominated because they have a growth mindset: I pay attention, manage distractions, use helpful thoughts, set goals, and practice to improve! Keep up the good work kiddos!

All North Central Parke Schools will be operating on a scheduled 2-hour delay.

All schools will begin 2 hours later than their normal start time. There will  be no early drop off for preschoolers on 2 hour delay days. All preschoolers can be dropped off  at the front door (doors open at 9:45.)

Mrs. VanDeusen brings a wealth of experience in elementary education, having served as a classroom teacher, Title I Reading Specialist, assistant principal, and interim principal. She is passionate about building strong relationships with students, staff, and families and creating a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.


Please join us in giving Mrs. VanDeusen a warm welcome as she begins her first year leading Rockville Elementary. We are excited for the 2026-2027 school year and all that’s ahead! 💙🤍
