three rows of students sitting, kneeling or standing holding diramas

In collaboration with Ms. Samantha Forrest, each student in Mr. Steven Hartman's classroom recently completed research on one of America's many national parks.  Following their research, the students were given the task of creating a shoebox diorama that accurately represented their national park.

Students were graded on the accuracy of their display, the overall neatness and creativity of their project, and an informational sheet that went along with their display.  The work for the dioramas was completed at home.

“Special thank you to Ms. Forrest for sharing access to the national parks resources!  It has been a fun project!” said Mr. Hartman.
