RES Nurse Jess Overpeck and Student Nurse Cara Varvel did classroom presentations with multiple classrooms on how germs can be spread and effective handwashing practices. They utilized Glo Germ which is invisible under normal light, but glows when under blacklight to show students areas that they miss when washing their hands.
