The RES fourth grade classes visited the Ernie Pyle World War II Museum located in Dana.

The students had a chance to see authentic WWII artifacts, visit Ernie Pyle’s childhood home, wear WWII era clothing, and learn to properly fold an American flag.
Pyle was a war correspondent during World War II and grew up near Dana. The field trip was a part of the fourth grade’s Indiana History studies.
