RES 4th Grade Stepped Back in Time at Billie Creek Village!

Rockville Elementary 4th graders took a field trip back in time to Billie Creek Village, where they experienced what life was like in the past through hands-on learning and special presentations!

The students had the opportunity to see a presentation by Abraham Lincoln and learn more about life during his time.

They also enjoyed a presentation by Delisa Schelsky on pioneering life. Students got to try their hand at churning butter and even tasted buttermilk and fresh butter served with delicious cornbread muffins!

What a fun way to bring history to life! We love seeing our students learning, exploring, and making memories beyond the classroom!
